We are looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist for our B2B in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

As Senior Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our product and engineering teams and our GTM teams. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide a consultative problem solving approach, collaborating with our global sales and customer success teams. Your expertise in both technical and customer centric business domains will be essential in driving successful customer engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will be collaborating with motivated colleagues of different disciplines who encourage one another to broaden our knowledge while contributing their expertise and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external customers.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure successful set up and technical onboarding of customers to our solutions
  • Provide specialist technical guidance and support to the GTM team during customer engagements
  • Develop and deliver solution presentations & technical guides that explain our offering and services with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with prospects and customers - both SME and enterprise - to assess their needs, determine feasibility of requirements, and provide input for their procurement processes.
  • Run training and demonstration sessions with prospects, customers and engineers (remote) to showcase the effective configuration and implementation of different integration points with our solution
  • Assist sales, engineering and product in understanding customer segment requirements and provide insights for discovery and planning of new initiatives and long-term product roadmap
  • Support our bid management team in responding to RFPs and our product marketing team in creating engaging content that’s simplifies our technical implementation to customers
  • Provide expert input for our product marketing team for content creation.
  • Participate or lead knowledge sharing sessions - we are a learning company inside and out.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Technical Specialist, Solutions Engineer or similar role for a SAAS software company
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and be able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem solving skills to be able to analyze complex customer requirements and design technical solutions that meet their needs
  • Experience collaborating with sales and customer success as well as product & engineering teams
  • Excellent project management skills in cross-functional and international environments
  • Experience working in SaaS with both SME and enterprise clients
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise requirements (procurement processes, infrastructure, information security, compliance)
  • Knowledge of SQL an advantage
  • Fundamental understanding of and experience with cloud-based software applications, infrastructure, and APIs
