We are looking for an Organizational Culture Manager - Employee Experience (1 year limited contract) (all genders) to join us in Berlin!

As organizational culture manager, you will be the advocate of employee experience across the employee lifecycle, making sure that sensemaking, connection, engagement and development on topics and projects are set-up.

The role is part of the central P&O team, reporting into the Head of P&O Central Operations. As a parental leave replacement, this role is limited to a one year contract.

You will:

  • Advocate for our employee experience in all different areas of the employee lifecycle, identifying, prioritizing and working on areas for improvements in collaboration with all teams in P&O
  • Identify improvements in our current processes with a focus on efficiency, automation and AI from a lens of a great employee experience
  • Own the overall onboarding process and deliver a great experience to new employees
  • Be responsible for employee benefits both on a conceptual and operational level
  • Surface data-informed decisions needed based on the employee engagement tool you are responsible for and align with stakeholders on respective priorities - focusing on the experience of Babbelonians
  • Drive a great employee experience navigating our hybrid work environment via project managing and actively owning different workstreams, which includes upskilling and training on tools, effective meetings and sense making across the organisation
  • Support and drive a cultural change towards customer centricity together with stakeholders of various parts of the organization
  • Partner with DE&I to bring our company culture and values even more to life

You have:

  • Previous experience as Culture Manager in tech companies or start-ups, especially focussing on ways of working (hybrid working)
  • A background in business, communication studies, HR or similar
  • Solid experience with different employee experience practices (e.g. Design thinking, user experience methodologies)
  • Strong project management skills and internal and external stakeholder management
  • Self motivation and drive to identify opportunities where support from a culture manager is needed across different departments
  • Change management expertise, e.g. project management, training, communication or other parts
  • A solution oriented mindset with a knack to solve problems in a creative and data-informed way
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English . German is a plus
  • Previous experience with employee engagement tools
  • Strong understanding of Babbel as a business and cultural challenges that we are facing
