We are looking for a Customer Service Working student for our German-speaking Customer Service Team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!
As a part of Babbel’s Customer Service Team you will be providing outstanding levels of customer service via our email, phone, live chat, and social media channels. You’re a great team player, the first port of call for Babbel customers and you’ll be making the kind of decisions that matter to people learning with Babbel. It’s a fast-paced environment and you have the ability to develop effective ways of processing large amounts of ever-varying information.
You will
- Answer incoming customer questions and requests through all supported channels (email, contact form, phone, chat, social media, app store reviews, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by solving issues fast and competently
- Maintain a high level of expertise by attending trainings and courses as required
- Identify technical problems, usability flaws or customer requirements and report them
You are
- A team player who loves to communicate with customers and colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds
- a fast learner with good comprehension skills to quickly grasp the essence of a request
- A problem solver, eager to find the best solution
- Comfortable with large amounts of quickly-updated information
- familiar with common internet applications, PC/Mac and mobile devices
You have
- C1 or native level in German, with very good written and oral communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
- A solid proficiency (written communication) in one or more of the following languages is a plus: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Polish, Ukrainian
- problem-solving skills – the ability to get to the root of a problem and provide a speedy solution to the customer
- At best, experience in dealing with customers by telephone and in writing
- A self-motivated, committed and solution- oriented work style
- Enrolled at a University with a valid certificate of enrollment and based in Germany
