We are looking for a Principal Data & AI Program Manager for our Data & Analytics team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs, from discovery to deployment, aligning with Babbel’s strategic objectives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple, concurrent AI projects
• Drive best practices for responsible AI, model governance, and MLOps across the organization
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project progress to leadership and relevant teams
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI and Data & Analytics teams

You have:

• Experience leading large-scale projects in a product-driven environment
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and agile project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences
• A collaborative, data-driven approach and a passion for delivering business value through technology
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
• Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer technology is a plus
