About the collaboration

We are looking for a Data Verification Specialist to support our credentialing and compliance processes. This role focuses on verifying documentation and data accuracy related to healthcare professionals operating in the U.S. market. The collaboration is designed for an independent professional who can deliver high-quality results in line with agreed standards and timelines.

Scope of services

  • Review licenses and verify that each healthcare professional’s documentation is complete.

  • Confirm that all required vaccinations are completed during the onboarding and credentialing process.

  • Conduct a thorough review and validation of all documents and credentials required for onboarding.

What you’ll need

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work using macOS and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with handling time-sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus.
