About the Role:

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help us build the next generation of systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for our go-to-market teams.Reporting to the Principal GTM Systems Architect, you will work across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and the broader GTM technology stack to turn business problems into practical, scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to understand where work is getting stuck, identify opportunities to improve it, and build solutions that people actually use. The right person will have a strong Salesforce foundation, solid development credentials, experience with object-oriented programming, and a genuine interest in how AI is changing the way GTM teams operate.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
  • Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
  • Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Connect systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
  • Work directly with GTM teams to understand their processes and turn recurring pain points into technical solutions.
  • Implement enrichment and signal-detection tooling, such as Clay or similar platforms.
  • Design and manage signal-based and buyer-trigger analytics, including opportunity scoring and routing.
  • Develop and manage data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead and account scoring.
  • Support AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge.
  • Test and monitor agents and automations to ensure they are reliable, secure, and working as intended.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, Agentforce, integrations, automation logic, permissions, and data.
  • Document and communicate what you build so solutions can be maintained and improved overtime.
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical design, testing, releases, and post-launch iteration.
  • Measure whether the solutions you build are improving adoption, efficiency, data quality, or business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
  • Proven development experience and an understanding of object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
  • Experience building or configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Hands-on experience building automations and integrations in Workato and Zapier.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language used to extend low-code platforms.
  • An understanding of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams operate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • A practical mindset. You care about whether something works for the business, not just whether it is technically interesting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, or Slack.
  • Claude Code or another AI-assisted development environment.
  • Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
  • Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, Postman, or similar development and release tools.
  • GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
  • Experience with signal-based selling, buyer-intent data, enrichment, opportunity scoring, or propensity modeling.
  • Salesforce certifications related to platform development, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.

You do not need experience with every tool in our environment. You should be comfortable learning new technologies and choosing the right approach for the problem, whether that means configuring Salesforce, building a Workato recipe, creating a Zap, calling an API, or writing code.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $180,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
